AARP

I worked with AARP on their Staying Sharp platform. The platform helps older adults monitor their brain health and take action to improve it by playing brain games and following overall health plans. Since there was a large number of people active on the platform, AARP was looking to partner with brain researchers and neuroscientists to use the data collected on the platform to help them conduct real research.

Recruiting participants

Recruiting participants

We developed a way for AARP to partner with researchers to develop customized tracks that users could follow in order to improve their brain health metrics. This would benefit AARP since it increased engagement on the platform and it would give scientists access to valuable insights and data.

Making research feel like games

Making research feel like games

The beauty of Staying Sharp is that it feels like you’re playing games, not exercising your brain. We wanted to continue that experience through to the research side and make being a participant in these studies feel like a game as well.

We created an intuitive research dashboard so users could track their progress and report their scores back to researchers.
